What we do
Statistical analysis and scientific writing, from start to finish.
We take on everything from short papers and reviews to systematic reviews and meta-analyses, undergraduate and master’s theses, doctoral dissertations and postdoctoral research. If you are not sure what you need, describe the study and we will tell you.
- 01
Study design consultation
A structured session on your research question, design, outcome definitions and feasibility, with written recommendations afterwards. The cheapest hour you will ever spend on a study is the one before it starts.
- 02
Sample size and power
We work out how many participants you need for the study to have a real chance of detecting the effect you are investigating — that is, adequate statistical power.
- 03
Statistical analysis plan
A pre-specified plan covering populations, endpoints, models, handling of missing data and planned sensitivity analyses.
- 04
Analysis with code you keep
Data cleaning, the analysis itself, and the code that produces it. The code is delivered to you and can be used to reproduce every result exactly from the raw data. It comes with a written report of the methods and findings.
- 05
Results section, tables and figures
The results written up in the format your target journal — or the institution you study at — requires, with publication-quality tables and figures. Figures use a colourblind-safe palette as standard.
- 06
Thesis and manuscript writing support
Structured support for undergraduate and master’s theses, doctoral dissertations and papers being prepared for submission: how the argument is organised, how methods and results are reported, and where the statistical reporting falls short of what examiners and reviewers expect.
- 07
Presentation support
Preparing how your results are presented, at a conference or in front of a review panel: what belongs on each slide, which figures carry the argument, and how to answer the statistical questions that follow.
- 08
Reviewer response support
Statistical revisions and a point-by-point response when a paper comes back with methodological criticism.
Typical turnaround
Each bar is the usual range from agreed scope to delivery, in working days. Well-structured questions land at the left end, more complex ones at the right.

Pricing
Every project is quoted individually, based on the design, the state of the data and the deadline.
How your research data is handled
Secure transfer channel
Before work begins, we agree with you on a secure way to transfer your data. Files are exchanged only through that channel, so they stay protected from the moment they are sent until they arrive.
Deleted when the project ends
Retention is agreed at the start and data is deleted at the end, with written confirmation.
Never send patient-level data through the contact form on this site. We agree a secure channel first.
Tell us about your study
One paragraph about the design, the nature of your data and what you need is usually enough for us to tell you whether the study answers it as designed, and what would come next.
